Welcome to my tech support blog. With this blog, I hope to help visitors with their computer questions. Currently, I am an Instructor at NBCC Miramichi and have taught the following courses:
- Introduction to Computers
- Introduction to Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Introduction to Spreadsheets (Excel)
- Intermediate Spreadsheets (Excel)
- Introduction to Database (Access)
I chose to call this blog O'Shea Tech Support because during the time I was at NBCC Miramichi from 2005 - 2007 as a student in the Business Administration program, I was nicknamed "Tech Support" as a result of helping a fellow student with his computer skills. So it only seems fitting to name this blog after my nickname.
Over the next few weeks I will be posting information to help you with your computer needs. Please feel free to post questions that you may have and I will answer them right here on the blog.
